SJP Mad at GAP, Stomps Feet and Slams Bedroom Door

Sarah Jessica Parker is upset with Gap after the clothing store announced that teen songstress and “virtual unknown” Joss Stone would replace her as the company’s spokeswoman. Sources close to Parker cite the timing of the announcement as the origin of her discontent.

“Sarah’s spring campaign for Gap has only just started and she feels the announcement of her replacement in the same week that the new ads are appearing is a bit of a snub.”

Miss Parker should take comfort in the reported $38 million she has earned from her involvement with the clothier. By comparison, Gap customers typically mull over parting with the $38 needed for a snappy sequined shrug.
